Garden Pro Sprinklers Cancellation Policy

At Garden Pro Sprinklers, we strive to provide exceptional service to our customers. We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your service. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling scheduled services.

1. Cancellation Notice

– Regular Services: If you need to cancel or reschedule a regular service appointment (e.g., sprinkler maintenance), we require at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled service time.
– Installation Services: For installation services (e.g., sprinkler installation), we require at least 48 hours’ notice.

2. Late Cancellations

– Regular Services: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, you may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the service cost.
– Installation Services: If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled service time, you may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the service cost.

3. No-Show Policy

If our team arrives at your property for a scheduled service and is unable to perform the work due to your absence or any other reason not communicated to us in advance, a “no-show” fee equivalent to 30% of the service cost may be charged.

4. Emergency Cancellations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an unforeseen emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate the situation and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.

5. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a service, please provide the notice as outlined above. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time. Rescheduling without proper notice may incur a fee as described in the cancellation sections.

6. Refunds

If you have prepaid for a service and cancel within the appropriate notice period, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within the late cancellation window, the cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

7. Repeated Cancellations

Repeated cancellations or rescheduling without proper notice may result in a requirement for a deposit for future services or, in some cases, termination of services.
